Google is hoping you’ll want to play along with the company — as it continues its fight with Facebook.
Google’s growing social networking service will now allow users to play games. It’s no surprise — the move had been expected since Google unveiled its “Plus” networking service in late June. It’s aimed at being a challenger to Facebook, the world’s largest social networking site. By adding games to Plus, Google hopes to give its network’s 25 million-plus users a reason to come to the site more often — and stay longer when they do.
