An angry ex-boyfriend is in trouble with the law after he allegedly used Craigslist and Facebook to get back at his former flame.
Police say Leander, Texas resident Jason Eric Leonard started a Craigslist ad in his ex-girlfriend’s name back in May, claiming that she was looking for sexual encounters. Leonard reportedly used an image of a woman in a sexual pose, and claimed that his ex worked at a strip club. He is also accused of starting a fake Facebook page in his ex’s name. The woman found out about Leonard’s actions when she started receiving friend requests. KVUE.com says Leonard has admitted to the allegations and explained that he was just angry. He is charged with online harassment and could be sentenced to up to ten years in prison.
