More Americans are using Twitter.
The Pew Research Center in Washington, DC reports 13-percent of all U.S. adults now use the popular microblogging service. That’s up from eight-percent in November. The study also finds Twitter use among 25-to-34-year-olds more than doubled to 19-percent during the same period. Pew researchers say product improvements may account for the growing popularity. Twitter allows users to share messages up to 140 characters.
