Tech-heads are buzzing as the ninth annual All Things Digital Conference kicks off in Rancho Palos Verdes, California today.
Several big technology companies are expected to unveil highly anticipated new products and services this week at the conference. The hottest unconfirmed rumor is that Microsoft may raise the curtain on its next Windows operating system. In the web arena, Twitter CEO Dick Costolo is expected to announce a service that will let users share photos directly through the social networking site. Meanwhile, Google CEO Eric Schmidt is promising to demo the new pay-by-phone service launched by the search engine giant last week. The All Things Digital Conference is hosted by “Wall Street Journal” tech columnists Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher. It will run through June 2nd.
