Best Buy is looking to get more plugged into the world of electric vehicles.
The consumer electronics giant already sells the Brammo electric motorcycle. “Automotive News” reports Best Buy is now looking to work with electric vehicle startups by distributing their products. Best Buy will also sell 240-volt home chargers for both the 2012 Mitsubishi i EV and the 2013 Ford Focus Electric. Best Buy senior director Chad Bell says startup automakers could take advantage of the company’s network of more than a thousand stores nationwide.
