I Am Sure iTunes Is Scared

Google is getting into the online music storage and streaming business.

The Internet search giant announced its Music Beta service today. It will include storage for customers to stream their own playlists and music libraries to multiple devices. The company says the cloud-based storage is completely legal and amounts to putting music people already own on an MP3 player. Amazon already provides a similar service. Google also announced a movie-rental service through its Android Market.
